“Strange Fruit” is a timeless poem that portrays murderous acts in American History. The haunting tone of the adaptation by Lewis Allen is magnified in contrast to aerial dance. This piece gives new life to those whom were “Strange Fruit,” depicting nobility in the midst of exquisite horror. This piece pays homage to both the brutality of American history and to the inspirational beauty of the Alvin Ailey Dance Theater. Although the flesh was sacrificed, the spirit continues on.

Beginning early this year, certain search engine made some changes to their search ranking, in the name of providing more relevant search results for it’s users, on official google blog it is estimated 11.8% search results will be affected by this update, say it another way, there are about 12% of google search results are considered low quality by google itself. The update was initiated more than a year ago, and recently I see some of my ranks were lowered considerably, but almost all the ranks promoted by articles and blog posts were not affected, a few of these keywords ranked better than ever, it’s safe to say that old way of link building is doomed.
Now what on earth is plain link building and how do people do it? a lot of marketing companies did and are doing the plain link building, they will get links from any websites which accept adding links, the content on those sites will never be updated, and most of them are useless, the name of link spamming sites is justified. Now google algorithm probably will weed out these sites, the links on those spamming sites won’t work anymore.
Maybe a few examples will make it clear. In the very beginning, I didn’t know better, I started promote the keyword, Axle Strap, at that time almost every body was doing plain linking campaign, lately I figured that every site in the campaign had way too many links, worst yet, those sites had no content at all. I would give credit where credit is due, this linking strategy worked, eventually the keyword could be found on first page, this was the case until google made the change. Something opposite happened to this keyword, chain puller , most back links for this keyword are from articles and posts, not too many plain links have been built, you can imagine how this keyword ranks. Old and outdated linking campaign lost to content linking, what’s next? It all boils down to content, when you create unique and quality content, your rank will improve over time, since search engines are another kind of readers. You may think there are already too many blogs out there, it’s not true, there will never be too many good blogs, such as this interesting blog, baby stroller , I didn’t put too much effort into it from start, but I never stopped posting, now it can even rank the highly competitive keywords. As far as SEO concerned, creating quality content and blog marketing is what we have to do to get great result. If you can build a group of your own blogs, for instance Traffic Cone, you will have the power to push any sites up in search engines.
Bottom line is that you should create great content, share the content with people, promote your business with the content, your effort will reward you handsomely in the end. The virtues, persistence and patience, are essential for your success, nothing will automatically improve overnight, it doesn’t matter you’re doing SEO or advertising your business, keep writing, publishing, sharing and creating, you will see the day of success.
